10 Assassin Snails. Great snail that will prey on those unwanted pest snails.
Shipping
We ship using the three major carriers. We determine which carrier to ship with based on your order and location.
Orders ship Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Orders placed before 12PM PST on these days will typically ship the same day.
If you place an order after Wednesday at 12PM PST your order will ship the following Monday.
eBay will automatically send you the tracking number when we print your label. It is best to use that tracking number at the carriers website and not eBay. eBay is typically hours behind and doesn't offer all the details the carriers tracking will.
We have the right to delay shipping at any time due to Holidays and extreme weather. If you're experiencing extreme weather please wait to order from us.
Our shipping price includes a styro-lined box, oxygen, and heat packs are used when needed.

Hawaii Buyers
We have no problem shipping to Hawaii however you do need to obtain a import permit and make sure the species you're purchasing are on the approved list.  Feel free to contact us and we will help you with the process. Orders may be subject to a 10% stocking fee if purchased without a permit. We will not break the law and ship fish without a permit.

All of our orders are guaranteed to arrive alive unless otherwise stated.
In the unfortunate event of dead on arrival(DOA):
Please send us photos within two hours of arrival.
Photos must be in the original unopened bags.
Your weather temperatures need to be between 40°F and 85°F. Temperatures not in this range? Have your package held for pickup.
Package must be delivered on the first attempt.
Any extra fish we include are not covered by our live arrival guarantee.
Due to circumstances beyond our control we do not guarantee fish past arrival.
Note: Snails are rarely DOA. Tell tale signs of DOA snails are empty shells and a very foul odor.
Provided all of these conditions are met, we will refund including SHIPPING, or replace your order at no cost to you.
