10+2 Bloody Mary Live Shrimps. Shipped with USPS 1-4 DAYS.PLEASE READ AND ACCEPT OUR POLICIES BEFORE YOU BUYING OUR PRODUCTS.
We only ship out our packages on Monday and Tuesday only cut off shipping time on Tuesday is 12:00 noon PST.
You can request HOLD PACKAGE at your local post office for pick up.
DOA Policy
1.Please report your DOA within the first 2 HOURS when package delivered according to carrier reported on their website, report after two hours we’re not responsible for that package DOA policy will be void NO EXCEPTIONS.
2. Take 1 clear photo of the dead shrimps in their UNOPENED bags with their original packaging.
3. Take 1 photo of the dead shrimps in the container with full water.
4. Let us know if you want us to refund you or replacement, you will pay for the replacement shipping cost, if you want your refund it will takes 24-48 hours for processing.
5. Shipping fees are NOT REFUNDABLE once the shipping label printed out. If for some reasons you received a DOA and you want your refund back we will issue you a FULL REFUND on the products but not the shipping fees, please advice you paid the shipping fees to the carriers that delivered your package not to us so if you want the refund for that shipping cost please file a claim with the carriers not us you don't pay us.
6. We don’t accept live stock returns and you don't have to send us the return since it's a dead animals we still issue a FULL REFUND for your products with proofs of DOA.
7.When you placed an order with us our system will automatically print out a shipping label for your order. If you want to cancel the order you will give up the shipping cost, you paid the carrier for the shipping label so we can only refund you the cost for your shrimps or fishes only.
8. Our responsibilities are to ship our products out on time and safely to our customers that includes healthy fishes, shrimps and packaging.
9. We will not responsible for services out of our operations such as delayed or lost packages by USPS, FEDEX, UPS we have no control over their services.
10. DOA policy will be void when package got delayed or lost by USPS, FEDEX, UPS more than 7 days.
11. It is customer responsibilities to track their own packages and be present when packages arrived, please contact the USPS, FEDEX, UPS if you don't received your package within 4-5 days.
