This listing is for
10+1 (plus 1 to cover DOA) Low Grade Blue Bolt Shrimp - Home bred in my tanks. The shrimp will be a random mix of size and sex. These blue bolts will be 50% blue or less. They breed well as long as kept in stable conditions.
Our Parameters: PH: 6, Kh: 0-1, Gh: 4, TDS: 100, Water temp: 72F (non-heated)
Recommended Parameters: PH: 5.8-6.4 (please note that they are kept on Amazonia at caridina parameters), Kh: 0–2, Gh: 4–6, TDS: 100–160, Water temp: 68-76F
ONCE IN YOUR CARE:
Shrimp can be very sensitive to change and sudden changes can cause dreadful situations. We want you to have a successful transition with your new shrimp so here are some tips to make that happen.
Try to make sure your water parameters match ours.
We recommend always having a water test kit and TDS meter ready.
Drip acclimate at least 1 hour before putting them in your tank. If your water parameters vary greatly from ours, first reach out to us to ensure the parameters are livable conditions for the shrimp and we will advise on the best acclimation method.
Keep your water parameters as stable as possible.
SHIPPING
All orders ship the next business day.
Shrimp will be carefully packaged in a priority box with Styrofoam insert and proper insulation to ensure temperature safety during transit. This does NOT mean they are safe in extreme temperatures. We provide mesh and moss for shrimp to hold onto while in transit. We also include a small amount of Purigen.
Free USPS priority shipping with tracking number.
If the weather conditions are not safe for shipping shrimp, we will reach out to you to discuss shipping preferences.

LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE - DOA
We know that sometimes things can be unpredictable, such as the weather or life events. If temperatures in your area on the day of delivery are below 40F or above 90F, post office pickup is required for the Live Arrival Guarantee. Your local post office will be able to hold your package for pickup if you call them prior to the day of delivery. This can also be done if you have a USPS account.
Please note that we always include +1 or +2 shrimp to every posting to cover any DOA. In the event that you have shrimp that arrive DOA not including the freebies, please follow these steps to submit a claim:
Take 2 clear pics of dead animals in the un-opened bag next to the shipping label.
Send us a message with clear statement of what happened.
Allow us up to 24 hours to contact you with what we can do regarding your specific circumstances. We ask that you please allow us the opportunity to work with you prior to leaving negative feedback.
**We will issue the refund or reshipment of shrimp excluding the shipping cost**
Please note, in these circumstances, our DOA policy will be voided:
Package is unsuccessful deliver on the 1st attempt (We will ship to the confirmed address, please ensure the address is correct as we cannot be held responsible for addresses that are not updated.) Deliveries unable to deliver on 1st attempt, guarantee will be void. If you need us to hold your shipment for a specific day, please send us a message!
Package is left outside for an extended amount of time. Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided. Please be available to take them inside as soon as they are delivered. If the package is left outside more than 2 hours from the time of delivery, DOA will be void.
Package is lost due to package thief (If this happens, please contact your local Postmaster to file a claim or visit the USPS website)
