We Do Not sell imported shrimp. Our Shrimp are F2 and 3 home bred

Note: please drip acclimate for at least 2 hours before introducing new shrimp into your aquarium.
We will only ship with USPS priority 2-3 business days, from Monday through Wednesday to ensure shrimp arrive alive active and healthy.
Winter shipping i will include heat pack with your package to ensure shrimps arrive safely.
IN CASE OF EXTREME WEATHER WE WILL DELAY YOUR SHIPMENT AND NOTIFY YOU FOR NEXT SHIPPING DATE.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING: We will not ship out 2 weeks before Christmas due to post office wont guarantee on shipping time.
DOA policy :
Please take at least 3 clear pictures of the bag, unopened, upon 2 hours of delivery to Qualify for refund. We wont send out replacement Shrimp only refund for the amount of damages occured minus shipping.
In case of 1st delivery attempt failed, potential for refund shall be void.
