Now they are finally ready to go to their new homes. These snails are HAND PICKED for the best growth and smoothest shells possible. You can be assured you will NOT receive a runt. Our policy is simple: snails over sales. That means we only ship on Mondays to give them the best chance of arriving during the week and we insulate and pad all packages to protect the snails. We never ship snails below a certain size standard so that they will be strong enough to withstand the journey. If the worst happens though (which is very rare) we have a 3 day DOA policy just in case to either replace your snail free of charge or refund you the price of your snail.
