Two months ago they laid a beautiful clutch of snails that is growing terrifically. If you are interested in breeding snails or simply seeing babies grow, this is the snail for you! Our policy is simple: snails over sales. That means we only ship on Mondays to give them the best chance of arriving during the week and we insulate and pad all packages to protect the snails. We never ship snails below a certain size standard so that they will be strong enough to withstand the journey. If the worst happens though (which is very rare) we have a 3 day DOA policy just in case to either replace your snail free of charge or refund you the price of your snail minus shipping. In order to use our DOA policy, we require clear picture proof within 72 hours of delivery that the snails are dead. Make sure you are ready to provide this if necessary.
